Vitamin Sea is the first Limited Edition launched by Mermaid + Me.
Tailored to protect your hair from sun, salt and chlorine during your summer trips, it’s a natural, fresh and citric-scented line in travel size.
BRIEFING:
Keeping a visual connection with the permanent lines design (See second picture below: coloured wave on the bottom and Mermaid + Me blue on the top area) yet adding a hint of a distinctive element to pop up as a limited and special edition.
OUTCOME:
Throughout illustration, I added texture on the bottom wave that visually links smooth, detangled hair with ocean waves.
I chose a bright, acid turquoise for the segment, applied on the coloured wave on the lower area, to convey the feeling of a chill summer bath in the sea.
